NHS Charities Together Project in Haringey

A novel partnership of Haringey voluntary and community organisations together with local NHS charities and organisations, and Haringey Council are working collaboratively to deliver culturally and linguistically sensitive outreach to address the disproportionate impact of Covid on our disadvantaged communities.
The collaborative partnership targets vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in the most deprived wards and includes projects across three key themes:
• Mental Health support for young people, especially young Black men
• Support for residents experiencing “Long Covid”
• Support for digitally excluded residents
