This edition features some of the most exciting and inspiring events that took place in Haringey in the past months. Here are some of the highlights

• December The M Word hosted a special event at Keesha’s Place located at the NRC in Northumberland Park, to discuss menopause and the workplace with Helen Tomlinson, the Menopause Employment Champion appointed by the Government. The event attracted many local women and was opened by Cllr Peray Ahmet, the Leader of Haringey Council. Helen shared some legal insights on menopause in the workplace.
• January Great Mental Health Day ABC parenting delivered a successful engaging Parents Wellness Expo on Great Mental Health Day, aiming to promote wellness and support

for families. The event featured various stalls, activities and networking opportunities for parents and local health & wellbeing services. It was a great opportunity to learn, share and connect with others who care about mental health.

• February Celebrated LGBTQ+ History Month with Creativity as it honoured the rich and diverse history of self love and healing. where
  people expressed their identity and emotions through art and poetry.
