Now Open Red Cell Patient Space
by Samantha Greaves
North Middlesex’s Red Cell Services – the George Marsh Centre is open!
The George Marsh Centre is open to all patients with sickle cell disorder,
thalassaemia, and other inherited red cell
disorders.
The recently refurbished wellbeing centre,
based in St. Ann’s Hospital, offers dedicated therapy and counselling rooms, exercise
spaces, a library, kitchen, and large and small meeting areas.
There’s lots on offer, and the number of activities grows each month.
Every Monday 12-1pm you can join Spurs coaches for free yoga, pilates, ‘Chairobics’, resistance classes, and injury prevention & coordination sessions.
There’s also a monthly nutritional approach and health coach session.
• Dates: Tuesday 21st February, Tuesday 21st March, Tuesday 25th April,

• Time: 10am-12pm.
Are you looking for help, support, or advocacy? Speak to Connected Communities who
