Summer Hand Cream
by Diannia
Summer is officially here so hands can be removed from gloves and prepared for the long,
warm, sunny days ahead by moisturising the skin.
The benefits of moisturising the skin on your hands include, improving the texture,
appearance and health of your skin, increasing blood circulation to the skin, and
encouraging the sloughing off of dead skin cells. Stiff joints will also benefit by gently
rotating the joints in a clockwise direction to improve mobility.
The lemon hand cream recipe below is one that is easy to make and easily melts into the
skin, leaving the skin moisturised, smooth and soft. Almond oil is moisturizing and nutritive,
lemon juice is a protectant and texturiser which tightens the skin.
