Janet Barnett – sub editor

Janet Barnett achieved her 20-year olddeferred dream when she graduated with an
Honours BA in Creative Writing. She has an instinctively powerful ability to use spoken
word within a narrative. Producing evocative scripts, poems and prose with vivid, poetic,
and rhythmic language of the people andculture that she represents. She gives
voice to the voiceless. Some of her work is showcased in The Cass yearbook 2018:
